I met Kelly and Michael at the new Studebaker Fountain in Leeper Park in South Bend last Monday evening. It was a little chilly, but the day was beautiful! This was the first time we had met in person and it can be a little nerve wracking for everyone when you meet for the first time at the engagement session. But, boy oh boy did we have so much fun. Their personalities and mine just click. We were able to talk, laugh, chat about their wedding, babies and probably way more if we had the time to sit a talk. It was so much fun taking their photos at the fountain, but what I really love is that we were able to go to Kelly’s parents home and take some photos in her backyard with a little fire and a pond in the back. It was GREAT! I absolutely love how the photos came out and I am hoping (hint) that more of my couples will want to include a fire in their fall engagement photos. It made the evening so cozy and I hope that the photos show it!
I am just so excited for their April wedding day next year at St. Pat’s Church and The Armory. From our couple of hours interaction at the engagement session I know their wedding day is going to be nothing but FUN!
