Hannah and Jack’s winter wedding in South Bend, Indiana, was a joyful celebration of love, color, and the start of a beautiful new chapter. Their journey together has included an extraordinary combination of intentionality and serendipity. It began with their first meeting at Notre Dame followed by their connection in Indianapolis and finally, an emotional proposal. Their winter wedding, brimming with effervescent hues, was a delightful reflection of their warm and kindhearted spirits, where love, laughter, and color illuminated the winter landscape. 

Their Love Story

Before they embarked on their winter wedding journey, Hannah and Jack met at Notre Dame. However, it wasn’t until post-grad that they truly connected. They were working in Indianapolis, a new city for both of them, when they realized they each had an Indy bucket list! Even from their first date, they felt a bond between them. Thus, they promptly consolidated their bucket lists and began to explore their new home city together. 

One of their adventures included kayaking at Eagle Creek Park, the largest park in the city. When Jack was planning his proposal to Hannah, he knew that this would be the perfect spot to get down on one knee. 

On a beautiful Indy day, Jack set up a special lakeside picnic, where he surprised Hannah with a little help from a few of their friends. He popped the question and the rest is history!

Winter Wedding Design Details 

This couple’s winter wedding was as beautiful as they are! The hues of pink, purple, red, and blue created a cheerful atmosphere at their wedding. This resulted in smiles radiating throughout the space all evening long. Sparkling crystal and gold metallic details perfectly accented the bright pops of color on the tablescapes. Their linen textiles beautifully mirrored the shade of the bridesmaids’ and mothers’ dresses. 

Hannah and Jack tied the knot that day in a romantic ceremony at Basilica of the Sacred Heart. Then, they celebrated the night away in their winter wedding reception at Embassy Suites, South Bend. 

It was truly an unforgettable winter wedding, where the vibrant colors stunningly contrasted the muted tones of a December day. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs.!
