Anna Sophia and Alex celebrated with family and friends this Saturday with an early spring wedding at Notre Dame. Alex and Anna Sophia met at Notre Dame their sophomore year. They were setup by Anna Sophia’s friend on a blind date for a dance held by their dorm, Flaherty Hall. The two of them hit it off right away and had a lovely time dancing the night away. The next morning they ran into each other at the same Basilica Mass and they have talked every day since.

Though being together, their lives and jobs took them to separate parts of the states. Both committed to each other but also committed to their jobs and completing their masters. Alex moved to Miami for his job and in March of 2023 he got down on one knee and asked Anna Sophia to marry him on the Key Biscayne Beach. Since then they have been living in Florida, though separate cities, and planning the wedding of their dreams.

And it truly was a dreamy wedding. Filled with soft blush tones, light spring colors and filled with sunshine, family and friends. Everything came together so perfectly with their marriage at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart and their reception at The Palais Royale. A perfect backdrop for their timeless, romantic wedding day!
