It was 2016 and Corinne was working at Tony Sacco’s in Granger, IN. She got called in on her only day off that week. She was in a terrible mood until she walked up to a table with a family, and there sat Andrew. They started chatting, numbers were exchanged, and they went on their first date a couple weeks later at Urban Swirl. And, they have been together ever since! In June, they celebrated their garden inspired wedding day at The Armory in South Bend, IN.

THE PROPOSAL

On April 9, 2021, Andrew and Corinne went on a backpacking trip out west for spring break. Andrew had purchased the ring that previous November and was hiding it in his computer. They ended the week of their trip at Alstrom Point, Lake Powell, Utah. Andrew got them matching coats to wear and bought a tripod and camera. Once he set up the tent, he hit the camera “timer” to take a photo (actually recording). Naturally, they posed, but as they took a “picture” – he proposed! (Fun fact: While on a previous trip to Alstrom Point, Corinne said to her best friend, Hali, that it would be an amazing place to propose, which she didn’t even tell Andrew…).

Since Corinne is a wedding planner herself with Merry Me Wedding & Events, her wedding certainly did not fall short of all the small details, beauty, and perfection. Let’s just say, she totally nailed her garden inspired wedding day with the help of her amazing team. It was an honor to serve as their wedding photographer. Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Latham!
