Lindsay and Ian met while playing against each other at Soccer Zone. Ian was a grad student at Notre Dame and Lindsay is from this area. While they played against each other they didn’t really talk until Ian decided to message her on Facebook out of the blue one day. From there the conversation never stopped and they started dating.

Ian knew that he wanted to propose to Lindsay and he decided to do so on one of their annual Christmas Tree Farm outings. This year, his parents were in town, and they decided they needed to get some photos for Christmas gifts. So when Lindsay and Ian posed for the photo, he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. She said YES and the rest of the day was spent with family, celebrating their engagement.

The wedding day was absolutely perfect. They were surrounded intimately by their family and friends – and Miles and I were so excited to photograph at the place where we had our wedding dinner just 3 years ago. It was great to see another couple in love, committing themselves to each other and just reminisce about our day. But what was even better than that was seeing just how happy Lindsay and Ian were to get married and the love they share for each other. We are so happy for you both and we just loved every part of your day!
