A wedding like none other, Carly and Brandon’s summer pool party celebration at The Morris Estate overflowed with delight from beginning to end. The couple started the day with beach balls and ended with a splash in the pool, wedding attire and all! In true summer pool party fashion, there were bubbles, ice cream, and the perfect weather for a cooling, post-reception dip!
The Love Story
While their wedding day was a modern festivity, Carly and Brandon’s love story found it’s beginning in tradition. The two met at the same church where the bride’s parents met thirty years before! Carly and Brandon hit it off instantly and developed their relationship over a shared love of adventure. They spent much of their courtship patronizing local restaurants and seeking out every golden retriever in their immediate vicinity. Brandon surprised Carly with a lakefront proposal, perfectly continuing the “summer pool party” vibe of their life!
Summer Pool Party Wedding Details
The wedding party dressed in shades of pale and navy blue while the bouquets covered an array of vibrant pastels. The couple floated from their ceremony among iridescent bubbles and from their reception surrounded by a bouncing display of beach balls, from which they dove right into their pool party! Carly’s dad and sister lovingly crafted a gorgeous 3-tiered wedding cake, which the couple served alongside an ice cream cart. Nothing screams “summer pool party” like cake and ice cream! If the fun they brought to their celebration is any indication, Carly and Brandon are sure to have a lifetime of adventure together.
