Oh, high school sweethearts. There’s something about them. Every time we photograph a couple that have been together since high school, there’s just an ease about their day. They’re so comfortable with each other, because in a lot of cases, they’ve been together for 8+ years. And it’s truly just a celebration that everyone has been waiting for. And lucky for us, we get to photograph high school sweethearts quite frequently, around 2 per year! Which is amazing! But I have always thought that if a couple can stay together through those tough teenage years, they’ll be able to stay together through anything life throws their way. Lexie says that Ado truly makes her world go round and Ado said he knew he loved Lexie early into their relationship. The day truly was a celebration of this strong, committed and loving couple, so many of their family and friends mentioned that no matter what life throws their way, they come out stronger and better together. Which I think is such a testament of how much their family supports them in this next chapter of their lives.

I am so happy for these two and to see them start their married journey together! It’s going to be amazing to see. Congrats Lexie and Ado!
