Family portraits
Family portraits on a wedding day are SO important. They are a reminder of who was there to celebrate your day and live on as such important family heirlooms for generations. With that said, it can be one of the most stressful parts of the day – but no worries! I try to make it as stress free as possible by making sure you have a list to fill out with all the family photos you want. And I will take charge during that time to make sure it goes quickly and as smoothly as possible.
With that said, to make it a little less chaotic – I highly recommend sticking to immediate family and grandparents after your ceremony. We can get extended family photos at the reception because having thirty-fifty people present during family formals makes it much more chaotic than gathering at the reception (The DJ can make an announcement!!)
Below is a general list of family photo pairings that I usually suggest during family photos. I always touch base about a month before the wedding to have you fill out a form with all your family photo needs so I can create a list from there!
